Heritage Classic - 2013

After the usual long overnight flight from Honolulu, we sit here, all enjoying dinner at the Blackbird Restaurant in Asheville, North Carolina on the night before the Heritage Classic Dance Competition. We are a little jet lagged, somewhat delirious from fatigue, and the 5 hour time change.

Asheville is truly a wonderful and beautiful small city in North Carolina, or for that matter in the US.  I learned that the movie, The Hunger Games was filmed in Asheville.  But for us, there was no game being played, we were all pretty hungry!

Not sure whether I'm up to blogging about yet another dance competition. Perhaps I'll find something interesting to report that is unrelated.  Stay tuned!
